How Long for Shipping/Arrival?

Most orders ship within one week of purchase, not including custom or commission items.

Most items are received within two to three weeks. Please expect slowed shipping processing times during holidays. Thank you.

High order volume/slowed shipping times are announced on my social media.

Do You Have... ?

I have a variety of animal designs! Most listings are made to include keywords for easy searching.

All dogs have their AKC group listed in their name. Groups include Herding, Hound, Non-Sporting, Sporting, Terrier, Toy, and Working.

Most listings include alternative names (ex. African Spurred Tortoise - Sulcata Tortoise), but it's best to search by common name.

If we don't have a certain animal design you're looking for, please feel free to leave a request in the contact box. Anything from Asian elephant to leucistic raccoon to silver laced sebright bantam!

Can I get a Custom Sticker or Commission?

Yes! Customs and commissions are almost always available online. Please explore the Customs/Commissions tab and product listings for more information.

Policies

Can I Make Changes to My Order?

Please contact me as soon as possible at JunoPrints@yahoo.com if you would like to make changes to your order. I am able to make changes before shipment/label creation.

Something is Missing, Damaged, or Incorrect. The Package was Lost or Returned

Items missing, arrived damaged or defective, or accidentally returned are eligible for a refund circumstances depending. Incorrect and most lost items are eligible for a refund or replacement. Orders over $30 are recommended to add tracking for protection, although package loss is extremely rare.

If you are not happy with the quality of an item, we are also happy to provide a refund.

Sustainability

Juno Prints is proud to use curbside recyclable materials in our packaging. Stickers/Keychains are not recyclable, but are made for supreme durability.
